This class is a 30 Minute Yoga for Flexibility — You will Open the Spine with Backbends and Twists, building up to peak pose Kapotasana. You’ll also work through Camel/Ustrasana, Ardha Matysendrasana, Puppy Pose and Lunges. This isn’t an easy practice so prepare for a bit of a challenge. Intermediate Yoga.
