Welcome to Day 6 of the 2023 Evolve Yoga Challenge! Today we have a powerful yoga class for women’s health designed to stretch your body and mind.
We’ll begin with some Sufi grinds on the mat today, inviting in some gentle movement. Remember– the more space between your breaths, the more space between your thoughts. We’ll then move into some juicy side body stretches – close your eyes here and just notice how you’re feeling. Center yourself as we start to give some love to our low back and hold. It’s easy to think that we need lots of movement to have a productive practice, but I’ve found that the more I focus on stillness and the breath, the more profound my practice is! We’ll then do some shoulder dips, hip lifts, and side-body twists. Finally, we’ll end with a beautiful healing chant!
