We're picking up the pace this week with a high intensity cardio yoga workout. Get ready to sweat and move as we strengthen our core, glutes and upper body! The poses themselves are suitable for all levels however the pacing and sequencing is fairly intermediate. Please consult your doctor before starting a new exercise program.
