About This Challenge

 30 Days of Mindful Movement—a monthlong challenge with videos led by some of the very best yoga teachers to help you set intentions, work on mindfulness and just feel more awesome, strong and centered in general.

Join Andrew Sealy, Caley Alyssa, Calvin Corzine, Josh Kramer, Koya Webb, Caitlin Turner, & Shiela Advincula as they guide you through four weeks dedicated to resolutions, energizing flows, strengthening moves and mindfulness to refresh and restart for the coming year.

Week 1: Resolutions—You’ll be encouraged to set an intention, do things differently and practice every day.

Week 2: Energize—New year, new vibes! Get ready to energize your body, mind and soul!

Week 3: Mindfulness—Be present, stay focused and use mindful movement as a gateway to better alignment with your intentions!

Week 4: Strength—Strong practice, strong heart. Stay committed to this week and you’ll definitely get the feels

If improving your flexibility and strength, practicing mindfulness or doing more yoga is on your goal list (and, let's be honest, why wouldn't they be?), then you'll love this challenge. 

This challenge have a new video every day to help you get more in tune with your body and improve your mindset on and off the mat.
