How I Started
I was always a chubby kid growing up with medical problems since birth. When I was born I couldn't breathe correctly so at the age of 6 months, they did surgery on my stomach to fix the problem. I've had a surgical scar on my stomach my whole life and I always felt self conscious to take my shirt off. Although I wasn't in good shape, I was built broad in the shoulders and athletic. I was always playing sports. My sophomore year of high school I started to lift seriously to keep up competitively against my competitors in the sports I played. Lifting didn't become just a work out, it became a lifestyle. I loved going to the gym and still do. I've transformed my body into something I'm now proud to show off and want to keep on bettering myself every day. Now a life ahead full of fitness is my heaven on earth.
Why I Love it
Lifting is a passion of mine. I love learning new exercises, new programs, new diets, and everything else related to fitness. My future is going to be in the fitness industry and I'm nothing but excited. Working out and seeing change is one of the best feelings in the world. The gym is my second home. I create my own programs and test them out to see which give the best results and it's one of my favorite things to do. I love helping, motivating, and inspiring others and I'm looking forward to a life full of fitness. Many goals, many dreams, many roads ahead... I love finding the way there.
