With my background as a chiropractic assistant, functional movement is intertwined into all of my sequences. I've also had an autoimmune disease called Ulcerative Colitis for most of my life - making stress and anxiety relief with mindfulness, breathing exercises & body awareness a top priority of my videos.

You'll warm up your spine, chest and legs then hold a round of poses for 3-5 breaths to stretch and strengthen. You'll practice eagle, dancer, warrior 1, triangle, pyramid and flip down before cooling down with half pigeons, a nice twist and savasana.

Use this 30 minute Full Body Morning Yoga Workout to STRENGTHEN & TONE ?? Build yourself up for this video using the 30 day ENERGY Yoga Calendar in the SarahBethYoga APP: https://www.sarahbethyoga.com/join
Boost your energy and strengthen your body with this power practice using the Sun C sequence from the 60 minute ENERGY Power Yoga Class found in the SarahBethYoga APP: https://www.sarahbethyoga.com/join
You'll warm up your spine, chest and legs then move into the first round of the Sun C sequence where you hold powerful balancing and warrior poses with a wild thing infused vinyasa at the end. Then repeat that same sequence 1 breath, 1 movement, before cooling down and resting in savasana. You'll learn to use your breath to stay focused, calm and strong. This is an intermediate practice with fewer cues.
I highly recommend you modify and skip poses to make the first time through a strength-building practice. Then each time you repeat a sequence from the ENERGY Collection in the SarahBethYoga APP to challenge yourself to practice more of the poses that you modified or skipped last time. Eventually, over time you will condition your body, breath, and wrists with this sustainable approach to this intense power class. Hint: This is exactly how I conditioned myself to be able to film this on camera with strength. Trust me, take it slow. Harness your energy.

Energize, strengthen and stretch with this 20 min Energizing Morning Yoga Flow & Stretch. ?? Join me for the 30 day ENERGY Yoga Calendar in the SarahBethYoga APP: https://www.sarahbethyoga.com/join
You'll first warm up your spine, chest and legs then move into the first round of the energizing Sun A morning yoga sequence where you practice standing splits, shiva squat, mountain and chair pose with an optional chaturanga vinyasa at the end. Then you'll repeat that same sequence 1 breath, 1 movement, before cooling down with half pigeons, a nice twist and savasana. You'll learn to use your breath to stay focused, calm and strong.
I highly recommend you modify and skip poses to make the first time through a strength-building practice. Then each time you repeat a sequence from the ENERGY collection challenge yourself to practice more of the poses that you modified or skipped last time. Eventually, over time you will condition your body, breath, and wrists with this sustainable approach to this intense power yoga style. This is exactly how I conditioned myself to be able to film this on camera with strength. Trust me, take it slow. Harness your energy first thing in the morning.

To deeply relax into our final savasana we used a breathing technique called the Physiological Sigh. It is a tool you can use to instantly turn on your parasympathetic nervous system and most people can feel a wave of relaxation within 20 seconds of practicing the sigh 3 times, like how we do it in savasana. You can learn more about the Physiological Sigh through Dr. Huberman’s podcast about Stress on his YouTube channel.

Rise & shine with this 20 minute Morning Yoga Full Body Flow & Stretch.
In this full body morning yoga video you’ll warm up slowly and gently to ease out morning tension then set an intention before setting up your Sun A flow for 1-3 breath holds to stretch out, then repeating 1 breath 1 movement to smooth out the morning kinks while improving your overall mobility & flexibility.
